Melba J. Mc Gilvrey, LCMFT, LCAC, graduated from Friends University in 1997 with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. Prior to this, Melba had worked in the addictions field for twelve years, and, began working with individuals, both adult and adolescent, and their family members, in the drug treatment setting. It was here that Melba developed an avid interest in family therapy.
